Analysis alongside depth work unearths unconscious themes, unresolved conflict, and unhealed trauma.

In our first few sessions, we'll reflect on what brought you to counseling. Then, we will work on the reoccurring themes, difficult history, and patterns that no longer serve you. What parts of your story have never been heard or understood? I am here to listen, reflect, analyze, and challenge the material you bring into our sessions.
