I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach with every client is from a holistic perspective, with a mind, body, and spirit focus. I will meet you where you are and will not pressure you to speak about things you are not ready to discuss yet. I work with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, body image issues, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strengths-Based, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, Mind/Body/Spirit, Solution Focused, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.).
I work with individuals (adults) struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, body image issues, and trauma. I do my best to create a warm, inviting, safe, and judgment-free environment.
During your first session we will go over any intake information you completed, any symptoms you are currently experiencing, current coping skills (if there are any), and set goals.
