About
During difficult times, we can feel overwhelmed and stuck, unable to break ineffective or even destructive cycles. Getting “unstuck” involves incorporating new skills and concepts, such as psychological flexibility, self-awareness, assertive communication skills, mindfulness, effective coping strategies, insight, decision making skills, and values clarity.
My practice focuses on assisting clients in creating full, rich, and meaningful lives. I offer an open, welcoming, and judgement-free space to collaborate and make positive changes.
Utilizing evidence-based practices, I work with clients to effectively navigate challenging life transitions and obstacles. Every individual is unique, therefore I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that varies from person to person based upon what best suits their specific needs, values, and goals.
