I believe the desire for love and closeness is hard wired into our make-up. Reaching for your partner and knowing they will be there is a basic human need and a sign of health, not of weakness. My work is informed by EFT (https://iceeft.com/), AEDP (https://aedpinstitute.org/) and IFS (https://ifs-institute.com/), all experiential models of therapy.

Locating, understanding and actively working with the emotions linked to negative cycles that cause tension and distance in ourselves and our relationships will open up new possibilities for safe, loving, and deeply fulfilling connections in our lives.
