I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I’m currently licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate their healing journey and live a more empowered, fulfilling life. I currently see clients ages 4 and up.
I help clients develop the tools they need to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally well. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process life’s challenges at your own pace. I use EMDR and other evidence-based therapies to support healing from trauma, anxiety, or past experiences. I believe lasting change happens
