My ideal clients are moms struggling with anxiety and looking for support through their transition to motherhood. These women are looking for encouragement and need support as they learn to trust their own intuition.
I have been trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International, and I am passionate about working with women who are going through the transition to motherhood. This life transition has been painted with a broad stroke of bliss and joy, but in reality, it can be very isolating and confusing.
I have a passion for working with women looking to find their joy and rediscover themselves so they can continue supporting the people they love.
