As an experienced therapist, I believe that one of the most important things that a counselor can do is to help someone discover and live with hope in their life. Many times this is hard to see in light of circumstances and situations. Helping someone rediscover this hope is at the heart of my work and passion.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and emotional disturbance. I practice from a Christian perspective while using a variety of techniques and strategies to assist in resolving life issues.
