I believe that each person is the expert on their “self” and has the ability to grow and heal. My role is to offer support and resources to best facilitate each person’s innate resiliency and provide a "soft landing" for facing fears. I believe this process takes effort, and reaching out for help if you or your child have been struggling is a crucial step to living the best possible life. I've worked in a variety of settings for the past 12 years and with issues such as family relationships, trauma, OCD, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, and cooccurring developmental disorders.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, though I have a particular interest in working with children, adolescents and their families. I’m passionate about supporting kids through challenges like trauma, and helping to support the family/larger support system as a whole. I enjoy helping adults to uncover potential and develop practical skills.
