I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or struggling to manage stress, anxiety, or life transitions. Many of the individuals and families I work with appear to be doing “okay” on the outside, yet are dealing with big emotions, behavioral challenges, or patterns that no longer feel manageable.
I provide a supportive, developmentally appropriate space where young clients can explore emotions, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self. I also work closely with parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s emotional world and behavioral patterns.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, focusing on understanding underlying emotional and relational patterns rather than only addressing symptoms. I help clients build insight, self-trust, and practical tools that fit their daily lives. My goal is to help clients of all ages feel more grounded, supported, and confident navigating life’s challenges
