I’ve worked with ages 4-18, as well as adults. I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, parents, and families dealing with a wide range of challenges including the impacts of generational trauma, parent-child relational challenges, and relational difficulties. I’ve also worked with a wide range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, autism, adjustment disorders, PTSD, personality disorders and mood disorders.
My goal is to pull from the numerous therapeutic approaches that I interweave into our time together to show up authentically with you, to support you as you move through life and the world so that you can show up exactly as you are and how you want to be. I enjoy using an eclectic approach so that therapy can fit you and your needs.
You are important, you matter. In our time together the space is yours. We will work collaboratively, with you taking the lead, to overcome whatever obstacles you’re currently facing. I’ll be there to support you on your journey of managing life, however messy it gets.
