I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you navigate inner conflict, anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma, and to help restore inner peace. We all have Parts of ourselves that sometimes feel in conflict, and I can guide you in feeling more grounded and Self-led.
