Grief is a meaningful part of my work. With specialized training, I support people navigating many forms of loss, including the death of a loved one, a beloved pet, caregiving, infertility, health changes, relationships, and trauma. Grief isn't one-size-fits-all and you don't have to minimize your experience just because others might not understand it.
