My ideal client is an older teen or young adult (16–35) navigating identity questions, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, or relationship challenges. I offer individual and couples therapy in English and Spanish, as well as ADHD evaluations and ADHD-informed therapy for adults. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, and attachment-based work to reduce distress, increase insight, and support lasting emotional and relational change. Therapy is available in most U.S. states through PSYPACT.
