About
Everything you need is on the other side of fear. When you choose to better yourself, you are making yourself a priority. This is the first step in self-care. Within my therapeutic approach as an Expressive Psychotherapist, I provide for my clients a framework that utilizes methods of positive regard, self-awareness, and mindful trauma-informed care. I have worked among a variety of different populations and age ranges with areas of specialty including trauma-based disorders, dual-diagnosis, mood and personality disorders.
With a person-centered approach, I am passionate about the practice of trauma-informed care, self-advocacy, studying the mind/body connection, as well as spreading wellness and recovery through creative modalities including journaling, writing and art. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, I learned how to apply breath-work and grounding practices.
It is my goal to structure a comforting aesthetic within a safe environment to both adapt and learn with you. I hope to foster self-awareness, emotion regulation and most importantly, support healthy interpersonal relationships within your daily life. There is no better time than now to begin the journey of self-exploration.
