Sometimes, we lose insight and need guidance to uncover our underlying knowledge or simply to cope with setbacks. My goal is to empower, educate and assist people to regain control of their lives. I pride my practice on integrating what are considered non-traditional methods of treatment to supplement our therapy together.
My treatment modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, Marital Counseling, Crisis-Intervention, Grief Counseling, Life Coaching and supervision for LLMSW seeking full licensure. I also specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery.
