I take an integrative approach to my practice working with young adults and adults to explore relational patterns, identify goals, and conduct values-based work towards improving quality of life and gaining self-awareness. I work to engage clients using a warm, empathic, and direct style to individualize treatment while using evidence-based and empirically validated techniques and modalities in a safe, non-judgmental, and therapeutic environment. My primary focus area is individual therapy where I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, interpersonal issues, relationships, adjustment difficulties, and mood disorders.

My specialty training is in trauma & anxiety disorders. I completed a sub-specialty in PTSD on residency at the White River Junction VA. My fellowship focused on PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) at Brown University. I continue to work in Trauma Recovery Services at the VA. As such, I am adept in delivering evidence-based treatments for trauma/anxiety.
