I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with experience working with teens and adults. My approach is person-centered and eclectic drawing from narrative, somatic, and relational psychodynamic theories. Within my therapeutic work, I acknowledge the importance of exploring the multiple layers of life’s challenges. My work includes exploring inner narratives, current life stressors, practicing grounding techniques, and more.
