I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with experience working with teens and adults. I understand that life is full of stress and challenges and that sometimes we find ourselves stuck and in need of extra support to navigate our lives. I believe therapy is a space in which people can learn about themselves, their emotions, and their processes to heal and grow.
My approach is person-centered and eclectic drawing from narrative, somatic, and relational psychodynamic theories. Within my therapeutic work, I acknowledge the importance of exploring the multiple layers of life’s challenges. My work includes exploring inner narratives, current life stressors, practicing grounding techniques, and more.
Pursuing therapy can feel like a heavy endeavor; however, playfulness, laughter, and finding joy are also key components of the healing process.
