My therapeutic model is Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My clientele includes individuals, couples, families, and groups. I collaborate with clients - adults, and adolescents - to identify and develop their strengths, exploring and developing solutions to improve the quality of their lives. I work with a number of presenting therapeutic issues including: mental health, couples/marriage counseling, blended families, pre-marital counseling, separation/divorce, parenting/co-parenting, employment/EAP, etc. I enjoy working with one participant or several participating members of a client's family/support system.

In addition to providing therapeutic services I am now offering Coaching services. Coaching is a goal oriented, future driven non psychotherapy service. To learn more about the differences between Therapy and Coaching please refer to my website.

I accept BCBS/FLBLUE insurance as well as private pay clients. Please check your insurance for out of network benefits. If using out of network benefits I will provide you with a session "superbill" or submit on your behalf.
