Beyond traditional talk therapy, I offer brainspotting and EMDR to identify and release core sources of emotional pain and trauma. Brainspotting and EMDR are powerful brain and body based methods that uses eye positions to process trauma and regulate the nervous system.
I enjoy working with adults and teenagers by providing a safe place for you to find clarity, seek healing, empowerment and make meaning out of the ebbs and flows of life.
