Starting with a new therapist can feel stressful and overwhelming. I began Nomad Therapy Services with the intention of breaking down some of the traditional barriers to accessing support by creating an environment that is laid-back and unconventional. We can meet in the office, a park or café, or we can do a ‘walk and talk’ – whatever feels right for you! The Nomad belief is that our environment impacts our ability to fully and meaningfully engage in the therapeutic process. And having a therapist who provides a non-judgmental space free of formal constraints can help meaningfully guide our healing and growth.
