As a therapist I work best with individuals who are ready to truly address childhood trauma along with any current symptoms they may be having. I explore how current troublesome symptoms today are potentially connected to past trauma. Many of my clients have a history of dysfunctional childhoods and struggle with a variety of symptoms from anxiety and depression to self harming behaviors. Typically I start with a client weekly but this is a conversation I have with you. You are the expert on your life and I am simply a guide to point out things you may not have seen. My role is to help you make connections in order to heal.
I specialize in infertility/pregnancy loss, working with caregivers of those with special needs, survivors of narcissistic abuse, postpartum issues, trauma (religious & sexual), chronic pain, depression, anxiety & grief. I'm currently MFT licensed in 2 states: OK (1109) & TX (203623) & can see clients in both states via Telehealth.
Finding the right therapist that you match well with is critical. I require a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit before proceeding with the intake process. I offer Telehealth only and No evening/weekend hours are available. My last appointment of the day at this time is 3pm.
