Stuck in the same daily routine of feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and burnt-out? Missing out on valuable time with your loved ones because you can't find the motivation to engage? Exhausted from racing thoughts and all-consuming anxiety? You are in the right place. My goal as your counselor is to help you figure out where your life can be improved, identify what changes you’re willing and ready to make, and provide guidance and support during that process. I believe that my clients are at the wheel and I am providing the navigation. Together, we will develop skills unique for you that will help you stop worrying and start living.
I help clients of all ages work through depression and anxiety, by learning how to identify and challenge negative thoughts. I also help children develop effective emotion regulation techniques and communication skills, while assisting their parents with behavior management strategies created specifically for their family dynamic.
You will always be welcomed and provided with a safe space to work on your goals, without a fear of judgment or lack of privacy. Our therapy together is a collaborative process, where we blend support and encouragement with action and behavioral change. ** Military discount available to service members and their dependents. **
