I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Psychologist that specializes in trauma and loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, personality disorders, other mood disorders, as well as psycho-educational testing for special education consideration. I utilize a psychotherapeutic approach with older adolescents and young adults (age 16 and up). I also am a Registered Yoga Teacher, and can utilize therapeutic yoga practice in our sessions. (RYT-200). Additionally, my golden retriever, Lilo, is a registered therapy dog; we can offer animal assisted therapy during our sessions if desired!
My services encompass mindfulness, brief meditation and breathing practices, yoga, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or TF-CBT, ExRP, and other holistic approaches.
