Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent a long time carrying things on your own. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, steady, and compassionate from the very beginning. I’m the founder and clinical director of Calming Tides Counseling, a group practice offering trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for adults, parents, and individuals navigating life transitions. Our work is rooted in meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and supporting healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

We work collaboratively as a team to support a wide range of needs. My own clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-focused care with a holistic and nurturing lens. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, parts work, and emotion regulation strategies to support clients in feeling more connected to themselves and their bodies.

Clients may choose to work with me directly or be supported by another clinician on our team, depending on availability and fit.
