My aspiration is to encourage necessary risk taking throughout the therapy process, nurture genuine vulnerability and walk with clients towards experiencing what it feels like to be accepted for their authentic self. I specialize in helping men and women who are open and motivated to learn how to live as their authentic selves. I believe that having a façade in daily life is damaging to our inner world often creating problems of depression, anxiety and other emotional and relational struggles. My practice strives to walk a path towards finding your true self.
I am a gentle, non-threatening and careful listener during the therapy process and maintain a belief that you are the expert of your life.
