I believe that when we can recognize and engage with our emotions they become more manageable. I have found that through my dedication to understanding nuance and appreciation for individuality, I can walk along side my clients on their own unique path of growth and healing. As your clinician, my goal is to foster a firm and genuine connection that provides us with a strong foundation for healing, self-reflection, change, and empowerment.

I may be a good fit for you if you are interested in exploring your relationship with yourself and the world around you, if you are wanting to learn ways to show yourself compassion, or if you are interested in understanding patterns of your behavior that no longer serve you.

I do not believe that one modality of therapy works for every individual. Therefore, I use a strengths-based integrated approach which allows me to support each persons' unique needs. My aim as a counselor is to create an authentic space so that I may walk alongside my clients on their journey to mental wellness.
