I am a licensed social worker who works with children (ages 4 to 18), families and adults by providing a trusting and supportive environment. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing, I use client centered and trauma informed approaches to therapy. I can assist you in making positive changes while working toward your goals.
