Accepting New Clients September 2024. Please fill out new client request form on my website sbagleycounseling.org. Sometimes past hurts and/or current difficult circumstances can hold us back from experiencing joy and truly loving ourselves. I hope to work alongside individuals seeking to battle some of these struggles in order to rediscover their strengths, learn to reclaim their lives, and find balance in the day to day. I have experience working with people from all walks of life, but I do also provide Christian Counseling for those seeking a safe place to explore faith-related questions and doubts.
I have experiencing with working with individuals ages 10-35 with complex trauma histories, resulting in various struggles such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, school avoidance and self-harm behaviors. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrate a strength-based approach in my work.
Taking the first step toward participating in therapy is one of the hardest part of the process and I applaud you for doing so. I encourage you to reach out and ask questions if you are considering starting this journey to reclaim your life.
