I specialize in CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, acceptance therapy, & trauma-focused therapy. Relationship conflicts in any parts of life, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma are my specialties. I identify as eclectic in my specialties. I want to create a safe, non-stimulating, and non-judgmental space. You make the space of therapy what you need!
