Trauma and emotions come express themselves in many ways. I want to help those through the difficult times in their lives and help my clients become and grow to who they want to be. I welcome my clients with kindness, professionalism, and empathy. Many of my clients have stated the one thing that they appreciate about me is that I am myself with them and it makes them feel comfortable to open up about their struggles and be honest.
I specialize in CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative therapy, & trauma-focused therapy. I'd identify that I'm eclectic (well-rounded/versed) in my specialties. I want to create a safe, non-stimulating, non-judgmental, and emotionally comfortable place for my clients.
