With over a decade of experience, I primarily work with individuals and couples. Whether you're in the middle of a life-altering transition, navigating mental health challenges, or in need of extra support, I want to help you create actual change. I'm trauma-informed, trained in the Gottman Method for couples, and certified in narcissistic abuse recovery.
