My work is influenced by psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives, exploring patterns, early experiences, and the unconscious. We may also explore your dreams—because often, the parts of you that need attention don’t speak in words alone. I offer presence and honesty, creating space for you to feel witnessed and understood, while challenging you directly on what may be keeping you stuck. I offer virtual therapy, serving West LA.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from a wide range of psychological principles/orientations (Spiritual psychology, Jungian, Gestalt, Humanistic) bringing in each as needed.
