I work with individuals, couples, and families to help combat symptoms such as anxiety, depression, dysphoria, trauma & behavioral and mood disorders. My style ranges from cognitive behavioral therapy and cross generational therapy with individuals to attachment-based therapy and emotionally focused therapy.
