Each of us is unique and we all respond differently to life's natural transitions and complexities. I believe that everyone deserves individualized and tailored support through therapy. I utilize a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, which prioritizes our therapeutic relationship and the ways in which we can work together to benefit you, your child, or your family.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. All psychotherapy services are trauma-informed, culturally-informed, and relational. I provide an inviting and non-judgmental space in which you, your child, or family can talk freely about goals, concerns, achievements, past experiences, and relationships. I also provide psychological evaluations.
