Many of my clients are autistic, and having an autistic spouse has deepened my understanding of neurodivergent communication, sensory needs, and relational dynamics. My approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. I will support you in discovering new ways to relate to yourself and others at your own pace.

Together, we’ll explore your responses as meaningful parts of your story using evidence-based approaches like parts work and EMDR.
