I'm passionate about helping people navigate trauma, addiction, anxiety, relationship turmoil, LGBTQIA+ identity, & self-esteem, among other issues. I blend insight-driven “talk therapy” with mindfulness & emotional regulation practices.
I'm a relational therapist, which means I prioritize authenticity, openness, & curiosity in the therapeutic relationship, all while centering trauma-focused, holistic care.
