It hurts, physically and emotionally; it might feel like life will always be this way. Our work together is a kind of alchemy: together, we’ll bring all the love, understanding, and skill we can muster to help the worst things you have experienced become the best things about you. We'll focus on bringing awareness, compassion, and understanding within, to parts of yourself that keep you feeling anxious, depressed, and not good enough.

I specialize in working with queer folks to transform complex trauma: I aim to help you access your innate ability to heal yourself. Together, we'll cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and healing using proven methods from a variety of approaches, as well as the magic that can only be created between two caring people in a container of trust and safety.

Seeking help is a brave act. I offer free, 20-minute consultation calls to allow you to get a sense of who I am and how we might work together so that you can make an informed choice with your care. The most important thing to me is that you get the care and support you deserve.
