I feel deeply connected with people who struggle to feel safe, worthy, and like they belong. I specialize in working with queer folks, trauma, anxiety and depression, body shame, high sensitivity, and an overall feeling of being stuck.
My goal is to help you feel less alone with what you are going through and work together to develop self-compassion and other tools to help you heal yourself and cope with trauma, injustice, and oppression. My focus in therapy is on collaborating to form a safe, healing container in which strengths and struggles can safely arise and be worked with.
