I work with youth (13+) and adults providing LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health therapy focusing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship navigation, and trauma. heard. If you need to set yourself free from what's holding you back, I want to work with you. Liberation is knowing yourself - being able to see the structures that form our society, how those structures either prop you up or suppress you.
Therapy is the relationship. We're two people in a room building trust and safety. It takes courage to be vulnerable, and I admire that. As a Queer and Fat-Bodied therapist, safety is the lens I'm always using. I see you as a whole person. If you have parts of yourself that you're holding back, I want to help you express your authentic self.
