While I work with clients of all ages, I am especially passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate the unique joys and pressures of growing up. I bring a mix of empathy, humor, and authenticity to our sessions to ensure therapy feels like a safe, warm space where you can truly be yourself. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD-related stress, as well as helping clients work through body image, family dynamics, and the complexities of grief and trauma. My goal is to empower my clients with a 'toolbox' of coping strategies to use outside of session.
I became a therapist because I am deeply committed to walking alongside people through life’s most difficult seasons with warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. Our practice is centered on working with children, teens, college students, and adults.
