My background includes working with couples, families, and individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse. I will work with anyone looking to make a change in their life or better adapt to their current situation. I have clinical experience working with adolescents, couples, adults, and leading substance use groups. I love working with a diverse range of ages, genders, and backgrounds.
I specialize in working with trauma-related disorders, substance use, and communication styles. I use Adlerian, Existential, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Theory, mindfulness, and multiculturalism in my work. I would describe myself as inviting, easy to talk to, and humorous.
I have experience in case management and crisis intervention. De-escalation and a calm demeanor are unique strengths of mine. I have and continue to do telehealth, skills work, and communication strengthening.
