His main goal is to help clients feel safe and comfortable and identify practical and realistic changes to improve their lives. With couples and families, Sam helps clients move from feeling hurt and stuck to feeling safe and connected. Sam also specializes in working with neurodivergent clients.
I place a high priority on assessment and getting a clear picture of where distress or disfunction is arising from. Goals are based on my client's strengths and values. I work transparently and collaboratively with clients so that they know what is happening in therapy and how it will help.
