Life is relational. From our first breath to our last, we’re always in relationship—with people, thoughts, and emotions. When these patterns of relating become rigid or stale, we can feel anxious, depressed, unheard, and unloved. Therapy offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and understand how these relationships—and the ways we move through them—might be shaping or limiting our lives. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, developmental trauma, relationship issues, questions of faith and doubt, meaninglessness, desire, family-of-origin dynamics, and the inner life of dreams and meditation
My counseling life began while working at meditation retreats, where I saw how mindfulness, presence, and relational exploration can help transform emotional struggles into sources of growth. I ground my work in curiosity, the imaginal, and a psychodynamic approach, exploring the limitations of the past while opening up the possibilities of the future.
I am currently training in Modern Psychoanalysis, a therapeutic approach focused on creating a supportive, reflective space where meaningful change can emerge. Through our work, I invite you to observe your patterns of relating with compassion and to rework or deepen them so they better align with your values, goals, and the natural flow of your life.
