I'm here to help cultivate a space where you feel safe to be fully known. I help individuals and couples navigate the questions and challenges most people are too afraid—or told that it's too “taboo”—to talk about. Clients come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or questioning what’s “normal,” whether it’s concerns with desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, trauma, or relationship dynamics. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating concerns like desire differences, erectile or orgasm difficulties, shame, relationship disconnection and more.
I have my Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and LCSW. My work lives at the intersection of sexuality and mental health. Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I’m warm, direct when needed, and human in therapy space. We will get curious and explore all of the layers that impact your sexual, relational and overall well-being.
