***Currently accepting new patients*** Throughout my work, it has become clear that the mind is amazing at convincing us of our worst fears and we can often turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms that may heighten already negative feelings. These experiences can be intense and opening up can bring its own set of challenges. It has been a real privilege to support people in navigating their emotional experiences relating to anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. I take a mindful approach to my practice and place significant emphasis on the relationship we build.

I specialize and have great success in supporting teens and young adults to unpick and manage a range of social and emotional challenges. As a professional musician, I hold space for individuals to explore and prioritize their creative side as a way of healing and connecting with joy.

I believe you have the skills you need to succeed, but these can often be clouded by trauma, adversity, and self-doubt! I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so feel free to reach out to see if we may be a good fit. Also, please inquire about current group openings :)
