Hello and welcome! I am here to help you work through feelings of overwhelm, emptiness, and ongoing emotional difficulties. Many of the people I work with have experienced anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship issues with those they're closest to. I work with adults, couples, and small groups to understand thought patterns, cultivate emotional awareness and introspection, and explore coping mechanisms while building compassion, resilience, and acceptance.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, we will work collaboratively to find which approaches and frameworks feel best for you to work towards a greater sense of self, learning helpful boundaries, and gain clarity on what brings you joy. For couples, we will improve communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional intimacy.
