I am a child and adolescent therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent kids and teens as they navigate a world that isn’t always designed for the way their brilliant brains work. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens who experience challenges related to ADHD, Autism (lvl 1), AuDHD, Sensory Processing differences, anxiety, depression, and school-based struggles such as executive functioning, peer conflict, testing stress, and self-esteem. I draw on my expertise in play therapy, TF-CBT, and attachment-based models to tailor each session to meet your child where they are.
My therapy style is warm, playful, and deeply relational. I focus on creating a space where young people can bring their full selves—messy, magical, and everything in between—without fear of judgment. I don’t believe in “fixing” kids. Instead, I help them grow into a fuller understanding of who they are, why they are, and what they hope for themselves.
I truly believe that empowering and encouraging our children now helps heal the world they’ll grow into. And to do that, they need to feel safe, seen, and supported from the start.
