I specialize in working with attachment-based and childhood trauma. I have extensive experience providing family therapy, particularly in navigating complex family dynamics. I also offer affirming care to LGBTQ clients, including those at various stages of gender transition, and support both individuals and families in fostering healing and connection.
My approach begins with meeting you where you are and being a real person with you. We'll work together to identify what's causing you to feel the way that you do and to find solutions that feel right for you. My hope is that therapy can be a space where you feel safe to be yourself, feel seen, and explore your emotions with someone who cares.
