I work with couples, individuals, and families seeking healing, wholeness, and flourishing. Relationships can be difficult. We have an innate desire to be seen, known, and understood. We often carry unacknowledged pain that impacts how we show up in the world. I work to cultivate safe and brave spaces of emotional and relational connection for couples and individuals who feel stuck in negative cycles to grow through the messiness of life.
My approach is grounded in warmth with a compassionate focus on identifying the pain we carry that hinders us from flourishing. I am Level I trained in the Gottman Couples Method. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in pastoral ministry for seven years serving an ethnically diverse community of families, adolescents, and young adults.
