I have experience working with people of different ages, genders, and sports. Currently, I serve as the mental performance coach for the softball team at Cornerstone University.
I use both personal experience and evidence-based methods to help my clients achieve better competitive experiences and outcomes. There are two main avenues that I work with: sport-specific counseling where I help athletes "shrink" their negative experiences, and mental skills training where I teach strategies for “stretching” one’s skill base.
