My role is to support your healing by using evidence-based practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. I work from a strengths based, client centered perspective focusing on your unique interests, goals, and needs. Therapy is meant to be a warm space where all parts of you feel welcomed and accepted.
I will honor your bravery and vulnerability by listening deeply and supporting you in accessing your inner healing wisdom. I am open to working with individuals who have experienced expanded or non-ordinary states of consciousness who may be looking for a safe space to share these experiences and weave them into their lives in a meaningful way.
