Sam (he/him, they/them) works with individuals and couples in relational and collaborative ways. Sam thinks of psychotherapy as an intimate expression of his values. He believes in the inalienable right of self-determination and holds sacred space for others to reveal themselves. In this relationally-oriented, attachment-focused, psychodynamic work, Sam aims to embody true curiosity while holding warm, unconditional presence.
Sam spent his formative years as a Sex Educator at Babeland and continues to invest in this area of study through clinical trainings. Additionally, he continues his learning in the relational traditions of contemporary psychoanalysis at various relationally-oriented psychoanalytic institutes in NYC and in trauma-informed Somatics via ISITTA.
